RETURNS

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The return request must be initiated within 60 days of the purchase date.
  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Products that are custom-made or specially ordered are not eligible for return.

 

RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our Customer Service team or Sales Representative to start the return process.
  • Once the return is approved, an RMA will be sent to you.
  • Once you receive the RMA, ship the package back to CW Hayden Co. Inc. 556 Kittyhawk Ave, Auburn, ME 04210 or request a pick up by a Sales Representative on their next visit.

 

INSPECTION AND APPROVAL

Upon receipt of the returned product, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria. If the return is approved, we will process the refund or replacement.

 

REFUNDS

Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within seven business days after approval of the return. Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
